XQ is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring that every student graduates high school ready for whatever comes next. Whether it’s working with communities to reimagine the high school experience, collaborating on products that enable new ways of teaching and learning, or identifying policies that create the conditions for systemwide change, we’re on a mission to radically transform what high school looks like for every young person, in every community, in every corner of the country.
The Homegrown Talent Coalition is a statewide effort to align education, business, workforce, and community partners around a shared roadmap to transform the high school experience in Colorado. The coalition focuses on strengthening career-connected pathways so every student graduates with a clear next step and meaningful preparation for college, career, and economic mobility, including access to the Big Three: industry credentials, college credit aligned to a pathway, and high-quality work-based learning.
Â
By aligning data, pathways, and policy, the coalition supports coordinated implementation across regions and helps ensure consistent, high-quality opportunities for learners and a stronger talent pipeline for employers.
